Our prices

  • 1st Hour Charge: £90

  • Hourly Rate after the 1st Hour: £50. Any jobs of 4 hours or longer will be charged at the normal hourly rate.

  • Discounted Full Day Rate: £340

  • After 18:00 and weekends are charged at time and a half, so 1.5.

  • Parking - Area depending

  • Quotations are free of charge.

  • For small jobs we will ask for as much info as possible, to try and give a price before going there.

  • We do not add anything on top of material prices, which is why we don't need to charge VAT for materials. This saves the landlords quite a bit of money.
